You can train with us on a 1-1 basis up to the day of birth provided you have been cleared by the doctor looking after you during your pregnancy and that you feel well enough to carry on exercising. Our pre-natal qualified instructors are specialised in providing safe and effective exercises tailored to support you during your pregnancy.
It depends on whether you had a C-section or natural birth. In the case of a C-section, you will be able to attend a 1-1 session 6 weeks after you have given birth. Otherwise, you can book a session as soon as you have been cleared by your doctor.
